Urinary Incontinence is the inability to control urine. It is the condition in which the urinary bladder of the individual loses control and leads to leakage of urine. this can be either stress incontinence or urge incontinence. It can occur while coughing, sneezing, laughing or doing exertional activities. The urinary incontinence treatment is essential to strengthen the urinary bladder & pelvic floor muscles.
